RN-owned. Resident-centered. Built on compassion and clinical excellence.
Founder, Owner & Clinical Director
Aced Health Care LLC was founded by Queen Ememe, RN, with a clear and deeply personal vision: to offer families a better alternative to large institutional settings.
As a Registered Nurse, Queen brings years of clinical experience, a thorough understanding of regulatory standards, and a genuine passion for resident-centered care. She recognized that many individuals thrive best in a smaller, more personal environment — one that feels like home rather than a facility.
That belief became the foundation of Aced Health Care LLC. Today, we provide 24-hour residential care in a comfortable, home-like setting for adults with developmental disabilities, seniors, individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, and those with complex medical needs.
Every decision we make is guided by one question: “Does this support the dignity, safety, and quality of life of the person in our care?”
Having a Registered Nurse as owner means your loved one benefits from:
Many families search for care that feels personal rather than institutional. At Aced Health Care, residents are not numbers or rooms — they are individuals with unique histories, preferences, and needs.
Our small setting allows us to truly know each person and respond with the attention and flexibility that larger facilities often cannot provide.
At Aced Health Care, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Our philosophy is simple yet powerful:
